You have a wonderful, developed style.
As usual your lines are bold and confident. To point out a couple of things; common mistakes that people usually make when it comes to drawing profiles, watch out for that eye! It's not the correct angle for a profile drawing, drawn eyes like that are usually for facing forwards. 'Nother thing you have to look out for is proportions, I know it seems a little wank but the ball and cross actually works >.< Other then that, you've captured the mood of the character well and your style is starting to shine through. Tell me to shut the fuck up if I'm just being a wanker. -- But dad, if I can only date Asian girls and not White ones too, how will I have half cast Final Fantasy Babies?! Thankyou my lovely

You have kept that life with this inking. I like the subtle line weighting you've tried out here, it makes the face and clothing stand out underneath all that hair.
The only thing I would say is the ear feels a bit like it is floating behind the hair, maybe give it a bit more line weight so that it fits with how you've inked the face. It doesn't need to be a thick line, just a little bit to make it stand out against the hair a bit more.
I like how the hair swooshes over his shoulder and curves over his nose, you've captured that really well.
You have captured his expression expertly so and given him a very good sense of feeling and emotion. He is a cold dark character those who don't know him. and i feel as the owner of the character you have done a wonderful job of bringing him to life for all to see, in your own unique style.
Your lining is wonderful and once you get used to doing more sketching and more work this way you can progress onwards with your digital versions of your drawn pieces. I thing that you need to just keep going at the sketch work you are doing, it shows all of your raw skills and all of that beautiful emotion YOU put in to your pieces. when you rush to digital you loose a lot of feelings from your images. keep them raw for now and you can weild it to what you want later once you tame it!
Lovely piece. Thank you also for doing a wonderful Job on my Moody brooding Lord of darkness Ruka
